Transfering Outlook for e-Mail when you are Hosted by the Elves.
Transfering Existing e-Mail Addresses to Your New Host

Just open Outlook Express and follow the 12-step method below to set up your e-mail:
1. Hit the Send/Rec button to retrieve any old mail in the cue(if you get an error message it is OK):
2. Click on the Tools in the menu bar.
3. Click on Accounts in the dialog box that drops down.
4. Click on the Mail tab in the dialog box.
If You Are Setting Up A New Address, then Click Here to continue:
If You Are Changing an Existing Address, then go on to Step 5. below:
5. Click to highlight the e-mail address you would like to reconfigure.
6. Click on the Properties button on the right.
7. Click on the Servers tab on the dialog box that appears.
8. Change the Incoming mail (POP3): field to pop.1and1.com
9. Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP): field to smtp.1and1.com
10. Enter the Account name: field with your full e-mail address (whatever@yourdomain.com).
11. Click on the OK button to close the dialog box.
12. Click on the Close button to close the remaining dialog box:
Now hit the Send/Rec button again to retrieve new mail.
You can send yourself a test e-mail to check your success.
