E-MAIL: How To Enable, Check & Clear your Spam Box when you are Hosted by the Elves.
We offer "Spam Assassin" for you to filter out unwanted solicitations in your e-mail. Once you enable Spam Asssassin, you have the option of setting up a "Spam Box" to hold all filtered mail for viewing before you delete it. If you do not set up a Spam Box, all filtered mail will be deleted automatically.
How To Enable Your Spam Box:

Go to your CPanel (control panel) at: http://www.yourdomain.xxx/cpanel. |
| 2. |
In the pop-up dialog box, enter your User Name and Password.
(If you do not know your User name and Password, contact us.) |

In the Control Panel page that appears, click on Mail icon:  |

On the next page, click on "Spam Assassin." |
| 5. |
On the next page, click on the button for "Enable Spam Assassin." |
| 6. |
To exit, go the upper right hand corner and click on "Logout." |
How To Check Contents of Spam Box:
| 1. |
Go to your CPanel (control panel) at: http://www.yourdomain.xxx/cpanel. |
| 2. |
In the pop-up dialog box, enter your User Name and Password.
(If you do not know your User name and Password, contact us.) |

In the Control Panel page that appears, click on Webmail icon:  |

On the next page, click on the icon for Horde icon:  |
| 5. |
On the next page, click on "Log in." |
| 6. |
On the next page, left column, click on "Mail." |
| 7. |
In the upper right corner of the page, click on the drop-down arrow for "Inbox." |

Scroll down and click on "Spam." |
| 9. |
Now you can view all of your spam messages to check for any valid e-mails that may be there.
If you find anything worth keeping, open it, read it, and copy it if you wish.
As always, be aware of attachments from unkown e-mail sources that might contain viruses. |

To exit, go to the left hand menu and click on “Logout.” |
| 11. |
On the page to which you return, go to the upper right hand corner and click on “Logout.” |
How To Clear the Spam Box of All Messages:
Once you are satisfied that only spam is in your Spam Box, you can go ahead and clear it out.

In the Control Panel page that appears, click on Mail icon:  |

On the next page, click on "Spam Assassin." |

Scroll to the near bottom of the page and click on the button labeled, "Clear Spam Box."
NOTE: This will empty everything in the spam box. If the spam box held anything worthwhile that you did not check, it will get thrown out with the trash and be gone. |

On the next page, click on "Go Back." |
| 7. |
At the top of the page, click on, "Logout." |
